Corner plots, plots facing the main road and park will incurred an extra cost. Registration charges and Government fees and any others fees will be charged as applicable. If the total area of the plot is an excess or less in Square feet. the difference will be borne by the purchaser of the plot. Samruddhi Group shall have the right to accepted or reject any application. Registration charges, stamp duty and all allied expenses will have to be borne by the purchaser of plot. Samruddhi Group will not be responsible for any delay, inconvenience or loss caused by any act of nature or an act of state. Cheques and DD's are subject to realization. A cheque bounce charge is Rs.700 per transaction. Once amount paid wilt not be refundable; however the plot can be transferred to the a new customers. We will allot the plot no by paying first installment or first down payment. Every month renewal payment should be done in time, if the payment is not paid with in grace period 5 days grace period)the allotted plot is invalid. By paying 25% of down payment, we will do the agreement. By paying Final installment on/before the registration of the plot. Only paid receipt from the company can be considered, we are not responsible for non-payment of receipts. All legal matters come under Mysore Jurisdiction only.
